4 Hot Fish Main course
Mushrooms, peeled and chopped
of 1 Lemon
Fresh White Breadcrumbs
Monterey Jack Cheese, grated
of Lemon to Garnish
Preheat the oven to 180C, 350F, Gas mark 4
Grease an ovenproof dish with a little oil, sprinkle with half the chopped mushrooms, then lay the fillets on top folding them in
half. Season with salt and pepper, pour the
lemon juice over and add the remaining mushrooms.
Cover with a layer of breadcrumbs and lastly the cheese. Pour 1 tablespoon of
oil over and cover the dish with greaseproof
paper. Bake in the centre of the oven for 30 minutes.
Serve hot garnished with Lemon slices.
