Hon Shemeji and Prawn Stir-Fry

4 Hot Seafood Shellfish

Ingredients:
75g/3oz Dried Egg Noodles
2 tbsp Sesame Oil
1 Garlic Clove, crushed
225g/8oz Fresh Prawns (shrimps)
100g/4oz Mangetout, cut in half diagonally
100g/4oz Hon Shemeji Mushrooms
1 teasp Sesame Seeds
3 tbsp Light Soy Sauce 1 tbsp Honey
150ml/5fl.oz. Stock
1 teasp Cornflour
Instructions
1.
Bring a large saucepan of lightly salted water to the boil, add the noodles

2. Meanwhile, heat the oil in a large frying pan, add the garlic, prawns, mangetout and stir fry for 4-5 minutes.
3. Add the sesame seeds, soy sauce, honey, stock and cooked noodles and mix well.
4. In a small bowl, blend the cornflour with a little water, add to the prawn mixture and stir-fry for a further 3-4 minutes. Serve immediately.
