Maple Ginger Salmon
HT MC 30mins plus marinating
Hot Fish Main Course Dairy free Eggless
60ml/2fl.oz. Maple Syrup
2 tbsp Soy Sauce
1 Garlic Clove, crushed
1 tbsp freshly grated Root Ginger
4 Salmon Fillets
1. Place the maple syrup, soy sauce, garlic, ginger and pepper in a small
bowl and mix until well blended.
2. Place salmon in a shallow
ovenproof dish, pour over the maple syrup mixture and turn to coat. Cover with
clingfilm and refrigerate for 30 minutes, turning once.
3. Preheat the oven to 200C, 400F,
Gas Mark 6. Remove the clingfilm from the fish and bake for 20 minutes, or until
cooked through. Serve hot
