2. Place salmon in a shallow
ovenproof dish, pour over the maple syrup mixture and turn to coat. Cover with
clingfilm and refrigerate for 30 minutes, turning once. 3. Preheat the oven to 200C, 400F, Gas Mark 6. Remove the clingfilm from the fish and bake for 20 minutes, or until cooked through. Serve hot
