2 tbsp Honey
2 tbsp Wine Vinegar
2 tbsp Dijon Mustard
Salt and Black Pepper
4 Mackerel, cleaned and boned
4 Bay Leaves
4 Sprigs Thyme
1. Place the honey, vinegar, mustard and plenty of salt and pepper in a small
bowl and mix well.
2. Place the fish in
a shallow dish, top with the bay leaves and thyme and pour the marinade over the
fish. Cover with
clingfilm and refrigerate for 4-8 hours.
