Moroccan Snapper HT MC Moroccan 25mins plus marinating
Serves 4 Hot Fish Main Course Healthy Eating Gluten Wheat Dairy Free Eggless Morocco North African Africa
Ingredients 6 Garlic Cloves, crushed 1 teasp Sea Salt *1-1/2 teasp Paprika *1-1/2 teasp Ground Cumin *1/2 teasp Cayenne pepper 25g/1oz freshly chopped Coriander 2 teasp Olive Oil The juice of 1 Lemon 675g/1-1/2 lb Red Snapper Fillets
Instructions
1. Place the garlic, salt, spices (or the contents of the spice pack if using), coriander, olive oil and lemon juice in a small bowl and mix until well blended.
2. Place the fish in a shallow ovenproof dish and cover with the garlic mixture. Leave to marinate for one hour, turning from time to time.
3. Preheat the oven to 200C, 400F, Gas Mark 6. Turn the fish in the marinade to coat well then bake, uncovered, for 15-20 minutes or until fish is cooked through. Serve immediately.
