Mullet with Pine Nuts HT MC 35mins
Serves 4 Hot Fish Nuts Dried Fruit Main Course Healthy Eating Gluten Wheat Dairy Free Eggless
Ingredients: 4 Whole Mullet, scaled, gutted and cleaned 3 tbsp Olive Oil 2 tbsp Vinegar 50g/2oz Sultanas 2 tbsp Pine Nuts Salt and Black Pepper
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 180C, 350F, Gas Mark 4. Heat the oil in a flameproof casserole dish the add the fish and fry over a high heat for 5 minutes, turning from time to time.
2. Add the vinegar, sultanas, pine nuts, salt and pepper then remove from the heat and transfer to the oven. Bake uncovered for 30 minutes. Serve hot.
