Patagonian Prawns HT MC

Serves 4 Hot Shellfish Seafood

1 small Cauliflower
120ml/4fl.oz. Double Cream
1 teasp Tomato Ketchup
1 teasp Garlic Salt
1 teasp Ground Bay Leaves
1 teasp Ground Turmeric
1 teasp Mustard Powder
100g/4oz Caerphilly Cheese, crumbled or grated
225g/8oz Peeled Prawns
1. Break the cauliflower into florets then place in a large saucepan of boiling
salted water and cook for about 10 minutes or until just tender.
2. Meanwhile, place the white sauce in a medium saucepan and bring to simmering
point. Add the cream, tomato ketchup, garlic salt, ground bay leaf,
turmeric and mustard powder and mix well.
3. Add the cheese, stir until melted then add the prawns and heat through gently
4. Preheat the grill to hot. Drain the cooked cauliflower, transfer to a shallow
heatproof dish then pour the prawn mixture over the cauliflower and grill for
about 5 minutes until golden brown. Serve immediately.
