1kg/2.2lb Fresh Anchovies, cleaned and gutted
30ml/1fl.oz. Olive Oil
1 Lemon, sliced
1 tbsp freshly chopped Parsley
1 tbsp freshly chopped Dill
Salt and Black Pepper
1. Place the cleaned fish in a large frying pan together with the olive oil,
black pepper, salt, parsley, dill and lemon slices.

heat, cover the pan and simmer for 10 minutes. Serve immediately.
