Ingredients 2-3 tbsp Water 225g/8oz Plain Flour 325g/12oz Raw Prawns (shrimp), shelled 100g/4oz Bean Spouts, broken up 50g/2oz Spring Onions, chopped Salt and Black Pepper
Instructions
1. Preheat the deep fat fryer to 190C/375F and pre-heat the oven to low. In a large mixing bowl, beat the egg together with the water.
2. Add the flour a tablespoon at a time and beat to form a thick paste, adding a little more flour or water as necessary.
3. Add the remaining ingredients, mix well and form into balls.
