Salmon Stuffed Baked Potatoes HT MC 80mins
Serves 4 Hot Fish Vegetables Herbs Convenience Foods Main Course Gluten Wheat free Eggless
Ingredients 4 large Baking Potatoes A little Olive Oil 1 x 400g/14oz tin Salmon 210ml/7fl.oz. Crème Fraîche 5cm/2-inch piece of Cucumber, finely chopped Freshly chopped Chives Salt and Black Pepper
Instructions
1. Pre-heat oven to 200C, 400F, Gas Mark 6.
2. Rub the surfaces of the potatoes with a little olive oil and bake for about 60 minutes or until the potatoes are tender.
