Steamed Trout with Spring Onions

Ingredients 4
Trout, cleaned, scaled and gutted Salt 3 Garlic Cloves, crushed 2 tbsp Vegetable Oil. 6 Spring
Onions, chopped Instructions 1. Season the fish with salt both inside and out then
place in a steamer or fish kettle and steam for 30 minutes. 2. Just before the end of the cooking time, place the
oil, garlic and onion in a small saucepan and cook over a medium heat for about
5 minutes or until the onions have softened. To serve pour the onion oil over steamed fish.
