Cheese Grilled Haddock

1 Hot Fish Main
Course Gluten Wheat Free Eggless
Haddock Fillet, skinned
A little Oil
1 heaped tablespoon Cheddar Cheese, grated
Preheat the grill to medium hot. Season the fish with salt and pepper then
place on the grill rack, brush with oil and cook for 5 minutes.
Turn the fish over, brush with a little more oil and continue to cook for a
further 5 minutes.
3. Raise the heat of the grill to high. Sprinkle the cheese
evenly over the top of the fish then return to the grill and cook for a couple
of minutes until the cheese has melted and is golden and bubbling.
Serve immediately with your favourite veggies.
