Student Cheese Grilled Haddock HT MC 15mins Serves 1 Hot Fish Main Course Gluten Wheat Free Eggless
Ingredients 150g/+5oz Haddock Fillet, skinned A little Oil 1 heaped tablespoon Cheddar Cheese, grated Salt and Pepper
Instructions
1. Preheat the grill to medium hot. Season the fish with salt and pepper then place on the grill rack, brush with oil and cook for 5 minutes.
2. Turn the fish over, brush with a little more oil and continue to cook for a further 5 minutes.
3. Raise the heat of the grill to high. Sprinkle the cheese evenly over the top of the fish then return to the grill and cook for a couple of minutes until the cheese has melted and is golden and bubbling.
Serve immediately with your favourite veggies.
