Ingredients
1 tbsp Olive Oil
1 Garlic Clove, crushed
˝ teaspoon Ground Paprika
˝ teasp Ground Cumin
5 Large Shelled Raw Prawns (Shrimp)
Salt
1 tbsp Freshly chopped Coriander (cilantro)
Instructions
1. Heat the oil in a large frying pan, add the garlic and sauté gently for 2-3
minutes, stirring from time to time.
2. Add the spices and stir to mix then add in the prawns, salt and chopped
coriander and continue to stir-fry for 5 minutes or until the prawns turn pink.
Serve hot with rice and a fresh green salad.
