Student Spiced Prawns     HT MC 20mins


Serves 1     Hot  Shellfish  Seafood  Spices  Herbs   Main Course   Gluten Wheat Dairy Free Eggless  


1 tbsp Olive Oil
1 Garlic Clove, crushed
˝ teaspoon Ground Paprika
˝ teasp Ground Cumin
5 Large Shelled Raw Prawns (Shrimp)
1 tbsp Freshly chopped Coriander (cilantro)


1. Heat the oil in a large frying pan, add the garlic and sauté gently for 2-3 minutes, stirring from time to time.

2. Add the spices and stir to mix then add in the prawns, salt and chopped coriander and continue to stir-fry for 5 minutes or until the prawns turn pink.  Serve hot with rice and a fresh green salad.
