Place the prawns, garlic, chilli, orange and lemon and soy sauce in a mixing bowl and mix well. 2. Heat the oil a large wok or frying pan until very hot then add the vegetables and stir-fry for a 3-5 minutes. 3. Add the prawn mixture including the juices and continue to stir-fry for a few minutes until the prawns turn pink and are cooked through. 4. Sprinkle with the chopped coriander, turn to mix briefly then serve immediately.
