Tuna and Prawn Pancakes HT MC 45mins
Ingredients Savoury Pancakes click here for recipe For the filling 25g/1oz Butter 25g/1oz Plain Flour Salt and Pepper 225g/8oz Peel Prawns 210ml/7fl.oz. Soured Cream 4 tbsp Single Cream
Instructions
1. Deseed the pepper and cut into 6mm/1/4- inch pieces. Blanch in boiling salted water for 1 minute. Drain well.
2. Melt the butter in a medium saucepan, add the flour and cook over a medium heat for 2 minutes stirring.
4. Blend in the flaked tuna, prawns, blanched pepper, salt and pepper and stir over gentle heat for a few minutes until warmed through. Do not boil.
