Serves 4 Hot Fish Vegetables Herbs Main Course Gluten Wheat Free Eggless
Ingredients 4 Marlin Steaks 100g/4oz Butter
4 Garlic Cloves, crushed
6 Fresh Tomatoes, chopped 100g/4oz Fresh Basil, chopped Salt & Black Pepper
1/2 teasp Sugar 2 tbsp Lime Juice
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 180C, 350F, Gas Mark 4.
2. Melt half the butter in a medium sized saucepan, add half the garlic and sauté until soft.

Bake for 7 minutes, then turn the fish over and bake for a further 7 minutes.
7. To serve - spoon the tomato mixture over the fish. Serve immediately.
