450g/1lb Fresh Cod Fillets
2 tbsp Creole
2 tbsp Olive Oil
Lemon Wedges to garnish
Wash and dry the fillets and rub each side of the fish with the Creole spice mix
Heat the olive oil in a large frying pan until very hot, add the fish fillets and fry on
each side for 5-6 minutes. Drain on kitchen paper.
To serve - transfer to a heated serving platter, garnish with the lemon wedges and
serve with a salsa or lemon
