Ingredients:
450g/1lb Fresh Cod Fillets
2 tbsp Creole
Seasoning
2 tbsp Olive Oil
Lemon Wedges to garnish
Instructions
1.
Wash and dry the fillets and rub each side of the fish with the Creole spice mix
2.
Heat the olive oil in a large frying pan until very hot, add the fish fillets and fry on
each side for 5-6 minutes. Drain on kitchen paper.
3. To serve - transfer to a heated serving platter, garnish with the lemon wedges and serve with a salsa or lemon sauce
