Casserole of Dabs HT MC 45mins
Serve 4 Hot Fish Vegetables Main course Gluten Wheat Dairy Free Eggless
Ingredients 1 Onion, skinned and sliced 2 Carrots, peeled and diced 3 sticks of Celery, roughly chopped A little fresh fish stock Salt and pepper 675g/1˝lb Dab Fillets, cut into large chunks A little lemon juice
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 180C, 350F, Gas mark 4.
2. Mix together the onion, carrots and celery; season with salt and pepper and spread over the bottom of a greased casserole. Add a little fish stock, cover the dish and cook in the centre of the oven for 20 minutes.
3. Lay the dabs on the vegetables, sprinkle with lemon juice, re-cover and continue to cook for a further 15-20 minutes. Serve hot.
