Serve 4 Hot
Fish Vegetables Main course Gluten Wheat Dairy Free Eggless
skinned and sliced
peeled and diced
3 sticks of
Celery, roughly chopped
Dab Fillets, cut into large chunks

oven to 180C, 350F, Gas mark 4.
