Cod with Coriander    HT    MC    30mins



Serves 4      Hot    Fish  Alcohol  Herbs  Main Course  Gluten Wheat free  Eggless




   4 Cod Steaks

   Salt and Black Pepper

   150ml/5fl.oz. Dry White Wine

   50g/2oz Butter

   2 tbsp Freshly chopped Coriander

   2 tbsp Lime Juice






1. Preheat the oven to 220C, 425F, Gas Mark 7 and grease a shallow ovenproof dish.


2. Wash and dry the cod steaks and place in the greased dish.  Season with salt and pepper then pour the wine over the top.


3.  Dot with the butter, cover the dish with aluminium foil and bake in the oven for about 20 minutes.


4. To serve - sprinkle the cooked fish with the chopped coriander and lime juice. Serve immediately.
