4 Hot Fish

cleaned and gutted
4 teasp Mustard
½ teasp Cayenne
1. Preheat the
grill to hot.
Remove the heads from the fish, and make 3 shallow diagonal cuts on both sides
of each one.
Place the mustard, Worcestershire sauce and cayenne in a
small bowl, mix well and place a little of the mixture in in each of the
cuts in the fish.
Place the fish in a foil lined grill pan, brush with
melted butter and cook under a hot grill for 5-10 minutes on each side depending
on the size of the fish, until cooked through. Serve immediately.
