Serves 4 Hot Seafood Shellfish Alcohol Main Course Ireland Europe
Ingredients
2 Large Fresh Cooked Lobsters
6 Tbsp Butter
6 Tbsp Irish whiskey
240ml/8fl.oz. Single Cream
Salt and Pepper
Instructions
1. Cut the Lobsters in two down the center and remove the claws. Remove all the meat from the bodies, crack the claws and remove the meat from these too.
2. Heat the butter in a large frying pan, add the lobster meat and sauté over a medium heat for 4-5 minutes.
3. Warm the whiskey in a small pan or ladle, very carefully set it alight then pour it over the lobster in the pan.

Add the cream, salt and pepper and mix gently but thoroughly.
5. To serve - equally divide the lobster meat between the shells and serve hot.
