Fish Kebabs

Hot Fish Vegetables Spices Main Course Dairy free
Ingredients
675g/1½ lb
Thick firm white fish such as Monkfish,
Halibut, Swordfish. Huss or Turbot
3 tbsp Plain
Flour
Salt &
Pepper
8 Firm
tomatoes, quartered
2 Eggs
1 teasp Curry
Powder
2 tbsp Dried
Breadcrumbs
Oil
Instructions
1. Pre-heat
the grill. Beat the eggs with the curry powder and cut the fish into chunks and coat with seasoned flour.
2. Dip the
floured pieces of fish in the egg and then in the breadcrumbs, pressing to
evenly coat. Thread the fish and tomatoes alternately onto greased skewers and brush with oil.
3. Cook under
the grill for 8-10 minutes turning occasionally. Serve
immediately.
