Serves 4 Hot Fish Shellfish Seafood Main course Dairy free Eggless
Ingredients 900g/2lb mixed white fish and shellfish e.g. Monkfish, Halibut, Calamares (squid), unpeeled Prawns Oil for deep fat frying 75g/3 oz Plain Flour Parsley to Garnish Lemon Wedges to garnish Salt and Pepper
Instructions
1. Wash the fish and pat dry. Cut into small pieces. Pre-heat a deep fat fryer to 170C, 340F.
2. Meanwhile, coat the white fish in seasoned flour.
3. Fry the white fish and shellfish until golden. Drain on kitchen paper. Serve immediately garnished with parsley and lemon wedges.
