1. Wash the
fish and pat dry. Cut into small pieces. Pre-heat a deep fat fryer to 170C, 340F.
coat the white fish in seasoned flour.
3. Fry the
white fish and shellfish until golden. Drain on kitchen paper. Serve
immediately garnished with parsley and lemon wedges.
