Grilled Herrings HT MC 25mins
Serves 4 Hot Fish Main course Gluten Wheat Free Eggless
Ingredients: 4 Herrings Salt & Pepper 25g/1oz Melted Butter
Instructions
1. Cut the heads off and clean the fish but leave whole. Preheat the grill.
2. Make 2-3 diagonal cuts in the flesh on both sides of the fish and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
3. Brush with oil or melted butter and cook on a greased grill grid for 10-15 minutes under a moderate heat, turning the fish once, until cooked through.
Serve at once, garnished with lemon and Mustard sauce.
