Grilled Mullet HT MC 15mins plus marinating
Serve 4 Hot Fish Main Course Healthy Eating Dairy Gluten Wheat Free
Ingredients: 4 Whole Mullet, scaled, gutted and cleaned 3-4 tbsp Olive Oil 3-4 tbsp Vinegar 1/2 an onion, finely chopped A few Peppercorns 1 Bay leaf or a few Parsley stalks
Instructions
1. Wash the fish and wipe them well. Put in a dish with the oil, vinegar and flavourings and leave to marinate for about 1/2 hour, turning them several times. Drain the fish and put on a greased grill grid.
2. Cook under a medium heat for about 10 minutes, basting with some of the marinade and turning them once. Serve Immediately.
