Haddock Baked in Cream HT MC 35mins
Serves 4 Hot Fish Vegetables Main course Eggless
Ingredients 4 Haddock fillets 1 Onion, skinned and very finely chopped Salt and pepper 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce 120ml/4 fl.oz Single Cream The juice of ½ a Lemon
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 170C, 325F, Gas mark 3.
2. Wash and wipe the fish, place it in a greased ovenproof dish and sprinkle with the onion.
3. In a small bowl, mix together the lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, seasoning and cream and pour over the fish.
4. Cover with a lid or foil and bake in the centre of the oven for 20 -30 minutes, or until the fish and onions are cooked.
