Haddock with Lobster Sauce HT MC 50mins Serve 4 Hot Shellfish Seafood Fish Main course
Ingredients: 900g/2 lb Haddock fillet Juice of a Lemon 50g/2 oz Butter, melted 1/2 teasp of Freshly chopped Marjoram 1 level teasp Salt 1 level teasp Pepper A small tin of Lobster Bisque 3 tbsp Sour Cream
Instructions
1. Wash the fish and cut into 4 portions. Place in a shallow flameproof dish, sprinkle with the lemon juice and allow to marinate for 5 minutes.
2. Preheat the grill to medium hot. Pour off the juice from the fish and discard then pour the melted butter oven the fish and sprinkle with the marjoram, salt and pepper.
3. Grill the fish for 10 minutes, basting once or twice. Preheat the oven to 180C, 350F, Gas mark 4.
4. In a bowl, mix together the lobster bisque and sour cream then pour over the grilled fish and bake in the oven for 30 minutes. Serve immediately.
