Herb Baked Flounder

Main Course Ingredients 450g/1lb Flounder, Sole, Plaice or Halibut Fillets 1 tbsp Butter 4 tbsp Fresh White Breadcrumbs 3 tbsp Parmesan Cheese, grated 1 tbsp Freshly Chopped Basil 1 tbsp Freshly chopped Oregano ½ teasp Garlic Salt Instructions 1. Preheat the
oven to 180C, 350F, Gas Mark 4 and lightly grease a shallow baking dish. 2. In a mixing
bowl, combine breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, basil, oregano, and garlic powder. 3. Arrange the
fillets in the greased dish and sprinkle crumb mixture on top. Dot with butter
and bake for 25 minutes until fish flakes easily. Serve hot.
