Ingredients:
450g/1lb Herring Fillets
2 tbsp Olive Oil
1 Small Onion, finely chopped
50g/2oz Frozen Spinach (thawed)
50g/2oz Fresh White Breadcrumbs
25g/1oz Parmesan Cheese
Salt and Black Pepper
25g/1oz Pinenuts, chopped
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 220C, 425F, Gas Mark 7 and lightly grease a shallow ovenproof dish with a little butter.
