Savoury Cod Cutlets
Serve 4 Hot

4 Cod Cutlets
Prawns or Shrimps
Fresh white Breadcrumbs
2 tsp Lemon
Flour to coat
2 eggs, beaten
Breadcrumbs to coat
Deep fat for
1. Heat the
deep fat fryer to 180C, 350F.
2. Wash and
dry the cutlets. Mix the prawns, fresh breadcrumbs, seasoning and lemon juice and bind with the eggs. Spread the mixture on
one side only of the cutlets.

4. Deep fry
for 5-6 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
