Lay the swordfish steaks in a shallow dish in a single layer. Pour the marinade over the steaks and turn to coat well.
Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours.
Heat the remaining oil in a frying pan. Lift the swordfish steaks out of the marinade and fry them over a moderate heat for
4 minutes on each side. Transfer to a heated serving dish and pour the pan
juices over them. Serve hot.
