Trout in Cream
Hot Fish Main Course Eggless
Juice of 1
2 tbsp. White
1 tbsp Freshly
1 tbsp. Fresh
1. Preheat the
oven 180C, 350F, Gas mark 4 and grease a shallow ovenproof dish.
2. Clean and dry the fish (the heads can be left on or removed). Lay them in the greased
ovenproof dish and cover with the lemon juice, herbs and about 1
tablespoon of water. Cover with foil and bake in the centre of the oven for 15-20 minutes or
until cooked through.
2. Heat the
cream gently and pour over the fish, sprinkle with the breadcrumbs
melted butter and brown under a hot grill. Serve at once.
