Tuna with Lime HT MC 25mins Serves 4 Hot Fish Vegetables Main Course Healthy Eating Dairy Free Eggless Ingredients 2 Red Chillies, deseeded and chopped 4 Kaffir Lime Leaves 1 1/2 tbsp Brown Sugar 2 tbsp Lime Juice 2 tbsp Fish Sauce 2 tbsp Freshly Chopped Coriander 3 tbsp Water 4 x 175g/6oz Fresh Tuna Steaks (about 2.5cm/ 1 inch thick) 2 tbsp Olive Oil Black Pepper 1/2 Savoy Cabbage, finely shreddedInstructions 1. Mix the chillies, lime leaves, sugar, lime juice, fish sauce and water in a saucepan. Simmer, then remove from the heat. Allow to cool, then add the coriander. 2. Preheat the grill to a high setting. Brush the tuna steaks with the olive oil and season with black pepper. Grill the tuna for 5 minutes each side. 3. In a large pan, heat the olive oil. Add the cabbage and cook, stirring, until just wilted. 4. To serve, place the cabbage on individual warmed plates, top with the tuna steak and pour over the dressing. Serve immediately.
