Serves 6 Cold Fish Seafood Hors d'oeuvre Appetizer Starter Eggless Ingredients: 200g/8oz Smoked Cod's Roe 3 tbsp Double Cream Lemon juice Tabasco Sauce 25g/1oz Fresh Breadcrumbs Lemon wedges to garnish Hot toast to serve Instructions 1. Blend together the cod's roe, breadcrumbs and cream. Mix well. Sharpen with a little lemon juice and a few drops of Tabasco sauce. Chill 2. Serve on hot toast garnished with lettuce and lemon wedges as a starter.
