Starter Appetizer Dairy Wheat Gluten Free Eggless Tahiti French Polynesia Oceania
450g/1lb Fresh halibut, diced or cut into thin strips
Freshly squeezed Lime Juice
2 Garlic Cloves,
150g/5oz Onion, finely chopped
150g/5oz Carrots, cut into Julienne
150g/5oz Capsicum (sweet pepper), finely chopped
120ml/4fl.oz Coconut Milk
Salt and pepper
1. Place the fish
and lime juice in a non-metallic mixing bowl, season with salt and pepper
and mix to coat the fish well. Leave to marinate for a few minutes.
2. Add the
remaining ingredients, mix well and adjust the seasoning. Serve immediately.
