teasp freshly grated Ginger
teasp Brown Sugar
tbsp Japanese Soy Sauce
Garlic Clove, crushed
Spring Onions, finely sliced (green parts only)
Sashimi Salmon, thinly sliced
teasp Toasted White Sesame Seeds
Please the ginger, sugar, soy sauce, garlic, sake and half the onions in a dish
and mix well.
Add the salmon and turn to coat well then cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
To serve - transfer the marinated salmon, together with the liquid, to a serving
platter and sprinkle with the remaining onion and sesame seeds. Serve
