Smoked Salmon Noodles with Caviar CD HD 15mins
Serves 4 Cold Fish Pasta Herbs Hors d'oeuvre Starter Appetizer

Instructions
1. Bring a large saucepan of water to the boil, add the noodles and cook them for 7-10 minutes or as directed on the packet, until just tender.
2. Drain the noodles lightly, return them to the rinsed out saucepan off the heat and whilst still hot, add the butter and toss to coat well.
3. Stir in the crème fraîche, then add the smoked salmon, caviar, dill and pepper to taste, lightly tossing so that the ingredients are well mixed.
4. To Serve -
Divide the noodles in the centre of 4 individual serving plates, place a
generous teaspoon of crème fraîche on the top, then a teaspoon of caviar and
garnish with a spring of dill. Serve immediately.
