of Anchovy Fillets
Garlic, finely sliced

1. Drain the
anchovies and place in a bowl of water. Soak while you prepare the vegetables.

trim the vegetables and cut into pieces large enough to be held and dipped.
Arrange on a large plate and refrigerate until ready to be used.
