Baked Oysters Caprice HT HD 20mins Serves 4 Hot Seafood Shellfish Pork Hors d'oeuvre Starters Appetizer Gluten Wheat Dairy free Eggless Ingredients 12 Oysters 2-3 rashers Streaky bacon 1 Green CapsicumInstructions 1. Preheat the oven to 180C, 350F, Gas mark 4. 2. Open the oysters but leave in their shells with their liquor. Place on a baking tray. 3. De-seed the capsicum and cut into 12mm/ 1/2 inch squares. 4. Place a 2.5cm/1 inch square of bacon on top of each oyster, top with a piece of green pepper then another smaller piece of bacon to form a pyramid. Secure the layers of each oyster with a wooden cocktail stick. 5. Bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes, according to size and serve immediately as a starter.
