Baked Scallops HT HD 40mins Serves 4 Hot Seafood Shellfish Hors d'oeuvre Starter Appetizer Eggless Ingredients 8 Scallops 50g/2oz Fresh Breadcrumbs Butter Lemon juice Salt & PepperInstructions 1. Grease one half of each scallop shell or oven proof dish with butter and coat with breadcrumbs. 2. Place one scallop in each coated shell or in the oven-proof dish and sprinkle with seasoning and a small knob of butter. 3.
