Chinese Fried Scallops

Hot Seafood Shellfish Chi Hors d'oeuvre Appetizer
Starters Dairy free
Oil for frying
Fresh Ginger, finely chopped
Onions, finely sliced on the diagonal
1 tbsp Oyster
1 teasp Sesame
2 level teasp
1. Slice the
scallops and fry in the oil for 5-6 minutes until tender then remove
2. Fry the
ginger, spring onions and cucumber for 2 minutes then add the scallops
and mix well.
3. Sprinkle over the flour then add the rest of the ingredients. Stir fry until
thoroughly mixed then divide between 4 scallop shells
or small dishes. Serve immediately as a starter.
