Chinese Fried Scallops HT HD Chinese 15mins Serve 4 Hot Seafood Shellfish Chi Hors d'oeuvre Appetizer Starters Dairy free
Ingredients 8 scallops, prepared Oil for frying 2.5cm/1 inch Fresh Ginger, finely chopped 6 Spring Onions, finely sliced on the diagonal Half a Cucumber, chopped 1 tbsp Oyster sauce 1 teasp Sesame Oil Salt & Pepper 2 level teasp Plain Flour
Instructions
1. Slice the scallops and fry in the oil for 5-6 minutes until tender then remove from pan.
2. Fry the ginger, spring onions and cucumber for 2 minutes then add the scallops and mix well.
3. Sprinkle over the flour then add the rest of the ingredients. Stir fry until thoroughly mixed then divide between 4 scallop shells or small dishes. Serve immediately as a starter.
