Hors d'oeuvre Starters Appetizer
White Crabmeat, flaked
tbsp Tomato Ketchup
tbsp Single cream
few slices of Cucumber to garnish
Line some small glasses or plates with the shredded lettuce.
Thoroughly mix the mayonnaise, tomato ketchup, single cream, a squeeze of
lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, salt and
pepper in a bowl then add the crabmeat.
Pile onto the lettuce and serve garnished with cucumber slices. Chill until
ready to serve as a starter.
