Crab Cocktail CD HD 10mins Serves 4 Cold Shellfish Seafood Hors d'oeuvre Starters Appetizer
Ingredients 125g/5oz White Crabmeat, flaked ½ Lettuce, shredded 2 tbsp Mayonnaise 2 tbsp Tomato Ketchup 2 tbsp Single cream Salt & Pepper Lemon juice Worcestershire sauce A few slices of Cucumber to garnish
Instructions 1. Line some small glasses or plates with the shredded lettuce. 2. Thoroughly mix the mayonnaise, tomato ketchup, single cream, a squeeze of lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper in a bowl then add the crabmeat. Stir well. 3. Pile onto the lettuce and serve garnished with cucumber slices. Chill until ready to serve as a starter.
