Cucumber and Prawn Salad

Peel the cucumber, cut in half lengthways. Using a small spoon, scoop out
discard the seeds. Cut the seeded cucumber into chunks about 25 mm/1 inch
then cut each slice lengthways again into 6 mm/ ¼ inch strips.
