Grilled Scallops HT HD 15mins
Serves 4 Hot Seafood Shellfish Herbs Hors d'oeuvre Appetizer Starter Gluten Wheat free
Ingredients: 8-12 Scallops, prepared 3 tbsp Olive Oil Salt & Pepper 50g/2oz Butter 1 Clove of Garlic, finely chopped Chopped Parsley 1 Lemon, cut into wedges
Instructions
1. Preheat the grill to medium. Brush the scallops with oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Cook under the grill for 3-4 minutes on each side.
2. Meanwhile, melt the butter and oil in a pan and lightly fry the garlic.
3. Transfer the scallops to a very hot serving dish and pour over the butter and garlic.
4. To serve as a starter - sprinkle with chopped parsley and garnish with lemon wedges.
