Marinated Seafood Cocktail CD HD 35mins Serves 4 Cold Shellfish Alcohol Vegetables Spices Hors d'oeuvre Starter Appetizer
Ingredients 100g/4oz Peeled Prawns 1-2 tbsp dry White wine 2 tbsp Tomato Ketchup 2 tbsp Mayonnaise 1 tbsp Single Cream 1 tbsp Medium Sherry Salt & Pepper Cayenne 1 small Lettuce, shreddedLemon wedges Instructions 1. Sprinkle the prawns with the wine and leave for half an hour stirring from time to time to thoroughly coat each prawn. 2. Make a sauce by combining the mayonnaise, ketchup, cream and sherry and season with the salt, pepper and cayenne. 3. Divide the lettuce between four small dishes and place the prawns on top. 4. Just before serving, spoon the sauce over the prawns and garnish with lemon wedges.
