Oriental Grilled King Prawns HT HD Chinese 25mins Serves 4 Hot Shellfish Seafood Alcohol Hors d'oeuvre Starter Appetizer CHI Dairy Free Eggless China Asia AsianIngredients: 16 Large King Prawns 3 tbsp Sherry Salt 1 teasp Sesame seeds 3 tbsp light Soy Sauce 2 tbsp Lemon juice Instructions 1. Prepare the prawns by removing the heads and legs but leaving the shells on. Cut along the underside of each prawn and carefully open them flat pressing lightly. 2. Mix the prawns with the sherry, salt and 1 tablespoon of the soy sauce. Marinate for 10 minutes. 3. Meanwhile, preheat the grill and line the grill pan with foil. 4. Arrange the prawns in the grill pan, shell side up and sprinkle with the sesame seeds. Grill for 3-4 minutes. 5. Turn the prawns over, baste with juices and grill for a further 4 minutes.
6. To serve - mix the lemon juice and remaining soy sauce in a small bowl. Place on a large plate surrounded by the prawns and use as a dipping sauce.
