Avocado Pears, halved and stoned
Juice or French Dressing
of Lemon to garnish
unshelled Prawns to garnish
Season the prawns with a little salt and add the lemon juice or French
dressing. Mix well.
Pile into the centres of the Avocado pears and garnish with lemon slices.
Chill until ready to serve.
