Prawn Cocktail CD HD 10mins plus chilling
Serves 4 Cold Shellfish Seafood Salad Hors d'oeuvre Starter Appetizer
Ingredients: 1 tbsp Tomato ketchup 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauceA dash of Tabasco Sauce 4 tbsp Mayonnaise Salt & Pepper Lemon juice100g/4oz Peeled prawns Lettuce Lemon Wedges to garnishInstructions 1. In a bowl, mix the tomato ketchup, mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, Tabasco sauce, salt, black pepper and a few drops of lemon juice in a bowl. 2. Stir in the prawns. 3. To serve - Finely shred the lettuce and arrange on individual small plates or in glasses and top with the prawn mixture. Garnish with slices or wedges of lemon and serve very cold.
