tbsp Worcestershire sauce

In a bowl, mix the tomato ketchup, mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, Tabasco
sauce, salt, black pepper and
a few drops of lemon juice in a bowl.
Stir in the prawns.
To serve - Finely shred the lettuce and arrange on individual small plates or in
top with the prawn mixture. Garnish with slices
or wedges of lemon and serve very cold.
