Smoked Mackerel Pate

Ingredients:
350g/12oz
Smoked Mackerel
100g/4oz
Softened Butter

tbsp Lemon Juice
1
tbsp Tomato Ketchup
Salt
and Black Pepper A pinch of Cayenne Pepper
Instructions

Flake the fish into a large mixing bowl, removing any skin and bones as you go.

Beat in the remaining ingredients and mix well.
3. Transfer to a serving dish, pressing the mixture down firmly. Cover with Clingfilm and chill until ready to use. Serve with toast.
A quick and easy starter which can be made in advance. Suitable at Christmas and Easter.
