Onion, chopped

teasp Ground Cumin

teasp Ground Coriander
1
teasp Sesame Seeds
1
teasp Chilli Powder

Garlic Cloves, chopped

teasp Turmeric
Salt 2 tbsp Vegetable Oil

Tomatoes, quartered 225g/8oz
Green Beans, cut into 5cm/2 inch lengths 1
bunch Fresh Fenugreek, stems removed 3
tbsp Freshly chopped Coriander 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
Instructions 1. Place the chopped onion, garlic, ground cumin, ground coriander, sesame seeds,
chili powder, turmeric and salt in a food processor or liquidiser and process for 30-40 seconds.
